Weslee was 42 when he applied...he received an invite from Ke'ei Mauka but declined. I met with him in feb. to better understand his objectives, and he then confirmed that he has almost no ag. experience. I emailed him on 3.12.24 that we must withdraw his app. due to lack of farm exp. and age. during our Zoom, his demeanor was quite "flat" -- I just didn't feel he could handle, or would enjoy, the daily rigors of farm training.
