1. Learning Objectives #1Objective: Learn the principles of pruning by working on different perennial plants.
Activity: Observe from my host how to prune grapes, olives and blackberries first under supervision and after some practice without supervision. Finish pruning all olives and blackberries.
2. Learning Objectives #2Objective: Learn about the different types of wines and their characteristics.
Activity: Memorize all the names of the wines produced at the winery and the difference between organic and biodynamic.
3. Learning Objectives #3Objective: Learn about bottling procedures. Learn how the warehouse works and how to get ready orders with little supervision.
Activity: Help bottling and manage machines with supervision. Prepare the wholesale orders starting with the labeling, stacking, etc. Prepare the wine club orders with the other employees.
4. Learning Objectives #4Objective: Learn how to make compost.
Activity: Help in the farm building a compost pile with manure, food from the kitchen and residues from the garden.
5. Learning Objectives #5Objective: Learn marketing of organic products.
Activity: Help in events where wine is sold to the consumer like wine tastings or other events.
