I am interested in ORGANIC AGRICULTURE. . My organic agriculture experience began as an Agriculture student and till date. We all know that it the safest and healthiest means of growing crops and vegetables. It is BEST, and that makes it an important farming system for me. I am really eager for more experience in such farming activities at both local and international levels to acquire wider and extensive knowledge in it, especially outside my present country of residence.
Organic farming is important to me because it promotes the use of crop rotations and cover crops, and encourages balanced host/predator relationships. Organic residues and nutrients produced on the farm are recycled back to the soil. Cover crops and composted manure are used to maintain soil organic matter and fertility. Preventative insect and disease control methods are practiced, including crop rotation, improved genetics and resistant varieties. Integrated pest and weed management, and soil conservation systems are valuable tools on an organic farm.

2011. I have some experience working in greenhouse, In Mexico 1 year in (Capsicum pubescens R & P) I have done plant care, prunning, watering and harvest a little bit.
2016 in U.S.A. I have worked in glasshouse production at Culinary Vegetable Institute by the The Chef's Garden in Huron,Ohio. My work were seeding, flats care, and harvest many culinary species.. like chives, nano chives, red ribbon sorrel, pettit red ribbon sorrel, calvin pea tendrils, nasturitum leaves, nasturtium flowers, watercress and so many others.
I was for a few weeks in Massachusetts in a organic farm, but in Ohio I have more hands-on experience.

2011/2012 - Production leader and advisor for 20 farmers, at the same time I were sales person of corn supplies in a little agro store.
2012/2013 – Plant propagation, Edaphology, Hydroponics and crop management teacher for “Agronomist” students.
2013/2014 - Advisor for 30 coffee farmers, they wanted to be certified in 4C association seal, an international standard for get better harvest prices caring the environment. I gave assistance in crop care, management of supplies for production, financial education and environmental care.
2014 - Agro-social enterprises Fund manager. I assisted people for stablish, start up and grow up his own agro-enterprise. The main functions were, wrote the technology to use, do financial analysis and give assistance in crop management and care, as well as, farm management. The crops I treated, were: Phormium tenax, Pleurotus ostreatus, Hylocereus undatus and Litchi chinensis.
